One Week Yoga Workshop at CGI Hambantota

The Yoga Workshop organized by CGI Hambantota from 18th -22nd December 2023 at the Consulate premises witnessed a significant turnout, with Consul General, Officials of the Consulate, students from nearby schools, Hambantota Nursing School, and diverse local community members participating enthusiastically. 

The workshop, led by Mr. Srinivasa Rao, a certified Yoga instructor from India, imparted invaluable lessons in holistic well-being. Through a series of rejuvenating sessions, participants embraced the physical and mental benefits of Yoga. The event's success underscored its positive impact on fostering community wellness and promoting the enduring principles of this ancient practice.
