Special Yoga Session at Christ Church Gril's School Baddegama

Empowering young minds, CGI Hambantota organized a special Yoga Workshop for students of Christ Church Girl's College, Baddegama, on February 26, 2024. The workshop was designed to teach students the fundamentals of yoga and its numerous health benefits. The Consul General participated, highlighting how yoga can improve focus, reduce anxiety, and boost overall wellness.
