On 10th October 2024, CGI Hambantota successfully organized the 2nd Edition of the Indo-Sri Lanka Tourism Conclave, bringing together tourism and hospitality professionals from both nations.

The hybrid B2B event was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. Krisantha Mahendra, Tourism Secretary of Southern Province, and served as a dynamic platform to strengthen bilateral ties, share best practices, and explore opportunities for collaboration in the tourism sector.

This initiative highlighted the shared cultural heritage and mutual potential of India and Sri Lanka in enhancing regional tourism growth and connectivity.
