Countdown Yoga session at Matara District Chamber of Commerce

On May 18th, 2024, CGI Hambantota organized the third Countdown Yoga session
at the Matara Chamber of Commerce. This session was tailored for the employees
of the Chamber of Commerce as part of the ongoing Yoga Mahotsav celebrations.
The initiative aimed to promote physical and mental well-being through yoga.
Participants engaged in various yoga practices to enhance their health and
productivity.
