The Consulate General of India, Hambantota, organized ITEC Day 2022 on 23^rd March 2022 at Galle. Consul General, Dipin P.R, hosted a reception at the Jetwing Hotel for the ITEC Alumni and professionals from various sectors who have participated in various training courses in India as well as in e-ITEC courses, and officials from various Ministries of the Government of Southern Province & Monaragala District of Sri Lanka after the establishment of the Consulate in 2011. Mr. A.U Welarathna, Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture , Mr. Krishantha Mahendra, Secretary, Chief Ministry, Southern Province & Many  ITEC alumni graced the occasion as the guests of honor. Alumni reminisced about their pleasant experience of training in India, how it helped them grow professionally and network with new friends of different nationalities. The event provides an opportunity to meet, interact, share and relive their experience in India.
