Special Yoga Session for Naval Officials of Indian Coast Guard ship - "Samarth"

CGI Hambantota and
the Indian Coast Guard ship "Samarth" organized a morning yoga
session at the headquarters of the Southern Naval Command of the Sri Lankan
Navy in Galle on February 29, 2024. The session brought together officers and
cadets from both countries, who participated with great enthusiasm. This
collaborative event aimed to strengthen ties between the Indian Coast Guard and
the Sri Lankan Navy through shared wellness activities. The yoga session
emphasized physical fitness, mental resilience, and the importance of
relaxation techniques.
