Two Days Special Yoga Workshop at University of Ruhuna

CGI Hambantota organized 2 day “Special Yoga Workshop”, during at the University of Ruhuna during “Battle of Brotherhood Cricket Tournament” on the 29th and 30th of March 2024. The two-day event commenced with a rejuvenating Yoga Workshop tailored for the students of the University of Ruhuna, led by experienced Yoga instructors, the workshop provided an opportunity for participants to engage in mindfulness practices and experience the holistic benefits of yoga. The Workshop was held at indoor gymnasium of the University and more than 100 Students took part in the Yoga Workshop.
