World Hindi Day Celebration 2020
 

Consulate General of India, Hambantota celebrated the World Hindi Day on 10^th January 2020 at the Richard Pathirana Public Library. About 200 students along with their teachers and parents from Shilpakala Ashram (Batapola, Galle), Sridhamma College, Galle, Rippon College, Galle, Secret Heart Convent, Galle, Ruhunu Language Center, Galle, Snagamiththa College, Galle, University College, Matara & those learning Hindi at the Richard Pathirana Library & the Consulate in Hambantota actively participated in Hindi Writing & Vocabulary, Elocution (Poem & Speech) Singing & Hindi Quiz competition held at Richard Pathirana Public Library. The Consulate awarded prizes and certificate to  the participants at the end of the event.
