The Consulate General of India, Hambantota, Sri Lanka invites sealed quotations from reputed agencies/agents, property dealers and reputed property owners for renting residential (Fully/Semi-Furnished) properties to the Consulate for a minimum period of 3 years.
The residential property will be taken on lease for the Diplomatic Officers/Officials by the Consulate which should have proper supply of water and electricity and should be in a decent and secure location near the Consulate within the radius of 10 Kms. from 107-B, New Road, CGI, Hambantota. The required residential accommodations are in the below categories :

Plinth Area -130 to 170 Square meters

|
Plinth Area -110 Square meters

Category -III
|
Plinth Area - 75 Square meters
|

Category -IV
|
Plinth Area - 40 Square meters

Note :
(I) The quotation for monthly rent of the different categories above may be sent in a sealed cover at No. 107 – B, New Road, Hambantota, Sri Lanka latest by 28th February 2020 at 14:00 Hrs. The Consulate will inform the agencies/agent if we find it is suitable to rent the property for residential purpose.
(ii) The Consulate reserves the right to accept or reject any of the quotation. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
(iii) The successful bidder on the receipt of an Order shall visit the Consulate to go through the terms and conditions of lease agreement and thereafter sign & execute an agreement with The Consulate General of India, Hambantota.
